Farming was also in poor conditions because there was no one to look after the land, animals would inquire into the wilderness and they also died from starvation. If there was no one in the fields producing goods then the people also were starved.



The Black Death was hard for everyone and every business. Construction was one of those businesses that had to be stop entirely because the disease stopped everyone. The demand for labor was risque and wages rose, and there was an oversupply goods and prices dropped. For the people who were still living, they were expect to have higher living standards (Knox, 2004). The few survives that were left had no intentions of sticking around the ill so they secluded themselves in order to help with the economic problems.
