Am I doing enough to be sun-loving and fit? I am a 46-year-old female. I take 137 pounds and I am 56 tall. Because of my age, I am aware of the dangers my body faces as it continues to grow old, so I feed it heavy food augmented with supplements to go through with(predicate) the process with as much grace and dignity as possible.
